Registration
packets are now available at Child Family Center, the Culver and our providers
centers.
A PreK-3 student must be 3 years of age on or before October 1st.
A PreK-4 student must be 4 years of age on or before October 1st.

The following items are required for admission to Millville Public School District. Acceptable documentation for each item is listed below.
